In addition to sporting excellence, outstanding facilities and a cultural exchange, the multi sports tour boasts the opportunity for our sportswomen to train, compete and have fun together. Whilst taking in some summer sun and taking part in team building activities pupils will have the opportunity to participate in specialised S&C, sports psychology and food and nutrition talks and activities.
