ดัวยู่การพิิจารณาอารมณ์ตั่างๆ
ที่่เกิดัขึ้ึนมาที่างที่วารที่ังห้ก
ดัวยู่คืวามร้สึึกที่่ไม่ม่เรา
“ไม่ม่เรา”
จะที่าํา ให้จตัิ เราเป็็นกลาง
ไม่ลําาเอ่ยู่ง
และจะที่ําาให้เ ราเห้็นคืวามเป็็นจริง

Wisdom will emerge more clearly with
the contemplation of various natural conditions,
that arise through
the six apertures, without
the sense of “us”. “Without us” will make our mind neutral, un-biased and will allow us to see
the truth.
