Do not live our lives faraway from dhamma.
Let dhamma__that is, mindfulness, concentration, wisdom__be with us everywhere and at all times. Dhamma will be an armor protecting us; helping us constantly. Dhamma will prevent us from descending
into the state of loss and woe (apaya); and wherever we are, we will be happy.
