This life—we cannot hold on to anything. The Five Aggregates are our lives.
We cannot hold on to these physical and mental phenomena.
These physical and mental phenomena are governed
by the law of the trilaksana.
They emerge-exist-cease as per causes and conditions.
We can utilize them but not hold
on to them.
