When we we we think of of them does our mind mind become more more more more more powerful more more more more more solid more more more more more stable more more more more more resplendent more more more more more satiated happier? Or when we we we we think of of these matters and we we we sense that the the the the power of of goodness flows into our our body—the area around our our body body becomes becomes full becomes becomes satiated? This is is the the the the contemplation of the the the difference between a a a a a a a a a a wholesome wholesome mind mind mind and an an unwholesome mind mind mind mind why we we we we make make the the the mind mind mind mind unburdened For this reason we we we we we should make make make the the the wholesome wholesome mind mind mind mind more powerful When we we we we make make the the the mind mind unburdened like this—we do do it it it with with wisdom with with willful contemplation by contemplating the the the the Truth We clearly experience that that they they are are are not us us but they they are are are natural conditions conditions that that emerge and and are are are according to their causes and and conditions conditions The next question that we we should ask ourselves is: How do we we sustain our our unburdened mind?
