experience every day, it is even better. When relating vipassana experience, there is no need to relate only exceptional experiences. There is no need to wait until you have experienced the best vipassana instances, to relate them—hoping to get compliments from me. No need! You can relate problems; inability to contemplate. These can all be related, so we can solve them. Together, we can try to understand natural conditions when they emerge. You can practice vipassana at that very instance—to understand, to see and to continue practicing. Follow the results of each meditation session, each natural condition.
Dhamma has many re ned points. The technique or the methods to contemplate each natural condition, each instance differ from each other. This is called “the state of real knowledge (sabhava-nana) that is changing”. The way to wilfully contemplate (Translator’s note: Phenomena) may be different. Perhaps, we may need to increase—increase concentration, increase mindfulness. Therefore, the practice of vipassana in this course, we should be serious, really be focused on the path. The path to where? To nibhana! Nibhana-nassa mae-phante (Translator’s note: A part of the Pali chant to begin a vipassana kammatthana course). We may move one step closer to nibhana; to develop our minds; to further improve our mindfulness.
