The Castle Pines Metropolitan District (District) provides water, wastewater collection, operation and maintenance of street improvements and storm drainage services to The Village at Castle Pines. It is a special district form of government that must conform to the laws established under Article 32 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
Staff & Board Members
The District is run on a day-to-day basis by a full-time, paid staff comprised of a district manager, assistant district manager, superintendent, administrator and field
manager.
The district manager reports to the five-person elected Board of Directors.
