   GF Mango Smoothie Bowl Makes 1 Bowl
 I love smoothie bowls! This is a great breakfast, lunch or snack.
Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple 2/3 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries 1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Directions

Shredded Coconut Chia Seeds

Mango Strawberries
 1 Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 45 seconds. Make sure it is completely smooth.
2 Place smoothie in a serving bowl and top with toppings.
