Pineapple Colada Dip
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple, Drained
1 Cup Coco Whip
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Sweetened Coconut, Shredded, Toasted
Serve with
Fruit, Graham Crackers or Cookies.
Directions
1 In a small mixing bowl combine the pineapple, coco whip and vanilla. 2 Top with shredded coconut.
3 Serve with fruit or graham crackers.
