Ingredients
Cake Batter Cereal Balls
Makes 24 Balls
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil or Butter
4 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
6 Cups Pu ed Rice Cereal
1/2 Cup White Cake Mix
2 Tablespoons Multi Colored Sprinkles
Directions
batter and stir to combine.
3 Place the pu ed rice cereal into a large mixing bowl. Add the marshmallow mix- ture to the rice cereal. Add the sprinkles and stir to combine. Let cool for 10 minutes.
4 Spray your hands with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Grab a golf ball size amount of the rice cereal mixture and roll to form a ball. Place in a re-sealable container.
5 Continue with the rest of the mixture.
Melt the coconut oil or butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
