Fees and Commissions
1. Residential Leasing and Management
Our commission on leasing of residential property is:
Initial Letting - Subsequent letting- Lease fee-
One weeks rent +GST =110% of one weeks rent One weeks rent +GST = 110% of one weeks rent $30.00 + GST = $33.00 (incl GST)
Our commission on the management of the residential property is; 8.8% of the gross rent +GST = 8.8% of the gross rent (incl GST)
2. Commercial Leasing and management
Our commission on the leasing of commercial/industrial/retail property is; 8.8% of the gross rent +GST = 8.8% of the gross rent (incl GST)
3. Expenses
Monthly administration fee for all Property Management
$5.00 +GST = $5.50 (incl GST)
The above commission scales are net of expenses. It is our policy reimbursement of all out of pocket expenditure including such items as advertising, bank duties and charges, certificate fees, copying and any GST applicable to the items.
