Looks after the members of the Institute from initial application to awarding of membership level. She deals with any queries from members and sends the yearly subscriptions and processes payments.

Skillnet Administrator

In charge of the administration, financial side and organisation of the CILT Skillnet courses. She works closely with course providers and companies who wish benefit from discounted training.
Imelda Brown
ADR Examination Administrator

Organises the examination process for the ADR and assists with general education queries.
