Developing a Stronger Brand - CILT
We started the refurbishment of our offices at 1 Fitzwilliam Place in June which is another important step in our rebranding programme. The refurbishment will be completed in July and will reflect a modern, contemporary and professional environment which our members and operations team can be proud of.
”I would like to acknowledge the considerable support and flexibility we have received from both the ESB and the operations team which has been enormously helpful. Our phone system and ICT infrastructure will also be updated in parallel with the refurbishment project”.
We organised a number of events since our last publication.

      ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit
On Tuesday 25th July CILT took part in and successfully passed its first ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit since registration last year - only the second business/charity in Ireland to do so this year.
The audit covered the following key areas:
• Performance evaluation, leadership and planning
• Process audits – events, examinations and education
• Support, operation, performance evaluation,
improvement and documentation
The auditor, Gerry Keegan was very complimentary towards CILT. During the auditing process he did not identify any
problems or need to make any observations about the team’s performance and functions.
I would like to recognise the support of all the team at CILT and thank them for their efforts.
