ABOUT WELL-BEING THE ENVIRONMENT COLLABORATIONS OUR CONTRIBUTIONS CONTENTS 11 Remote support for our customers The second pillar of our actions in the face of covid was supporting our clientele so they could keep up their skincare regimen, that are so essential to individual wellbeing and self-confidence. We were able to quickly develop an online offer to keep in touch with our clients and continue sharing our know-how. We organized online consultations in most of the countries where we operate, so clients who request it could receive advice tailored to their specific needs. Additionally, we uploaded a series of videos with experts advising on specific issues, and we forged new bonds on social media. In France and the US we shared online Pilates, yoga and meditation classes. Care for caregivers Thirdly, Biologique Recherche engaged in actions directed towards communities outside our organization. We contributed to protecting people in need by providing them with free sanitizing lotions that we produced. We also supported healthcare workers on the covid frontlines by donating products to medical institutions, including essential hand creams for caregivers whose hands were irritated by mass-produced hydroalcoholic gels. In France we distributed more than 4,000 hand creams to 50 healthcare establishments, including the Foch and Cochin hospitals. To sum up, in the face of this public health crisis Biologique Recherche has reaffirmed its commitment to our staff and clients, as well as to the essential healthcare workers battling Covid-19 daily.
