Preparation Tips
Installation
• Surface Preparation: remove old wallcovering, fill holes and cracks, and wash walls. Prepare walls by priming and painting in order to achieve the best hanging performance, and eventually complete removal for redecorating.
• Please follow specific instructions as supplied on the product label enclosed in every bolt and border unit.
• Product: prior to hanging, inspect all rolls to ensure consis- tent pattern, color and run number.
RETURNS: Only uncut unopened bolts or spools may be returned within 45 days. There is a 25% handling charge on all returns.
• Have wallpaper and borders in your possession before se- lecting specialty matched paint and or fabrics.
Cleaning
• Be sure to wash all excess paste residue from the surface before it dries. Borders may be hung directly over the wallcovering. Do not use ‘vinyl-over-vinyl’ adhesive.
• Wash with a soft sponge and luke warm water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
