OUR METHODOLOGY
Phindile Mantntana will be the ‘gatekeeper’ for Artworks. All communication, briefings and materials will be conducted through her via email and phone after an initial meeting. In this way, we will be able to effectively manage the publication and the process, ensuring that you are kept appraised of all progress and any developments.

Size: A4, 16 Sleeves including covers
Full colour
Covers printed on 350gsm Gloss Laminated and insides printed on 115gsm matt, folded to 74mm X 105mm
Account management
Artworks will give much attention to this aspect in order to ensure that the process runs smoothly and a good line of communication between Artworks and the team is kept open. There will be Continual liaison with the team (telephonically and
electronically)

Receive brief and content from client, work on cover options and present to client for approval. Receive all the changes and implement accordingly.
Creative Layout and design brochure in line witht eh approved format.
Provide first draft to client and receive changes Implement changes and submitt second draft to client Approve and sign for print by client
Print and deliver to client
We will print and deliver 1000 copies to the client.
An electronic Flip Book will also be made available to the client together with a QR Code Banner

CASH FLOW PLAN
We require an official order number on approval of our quotation. We will invoice on delivery of the final Printed Copies. Payment is within 30 days from date of invoice.
