OUR METHODOLOGY
Shakila Chetty will be the ‘gatekeeper’ for Artworks. All communication, briefings and materials will be conducted through her via email and phone after an initial meeting. In this way, we will be able to effectively manage the publication and the process, ensuring that you are kept appraised of all progress and any developments.

Create DUT Annual Report 2023
Size: A4, 220 pages plus covers Full colour
Covers printed on 300gsm matt and insides printed on 128gsm matt

Receive brief from client, work on cover and inside design concepts. Present to client for approval.
Start with the layout and design of the report and relevant infographics.
Edit and proof read the content and submit proof to client Make editorial and design changes from client.
We will be available to work overtime and on weekends to ensure that work is done immediately and deadlines are met.
Our project Manager, Shakila will be available for in-person and or Teams meetings to make required changes
Once the Annual Report is signed off, we will then proceed with printing. We will share the Printer’s proofs with the client to check and approve.
We will print and deliver 150 copies to the client and also provide a QR Code for the report.
An electronic Flip Book will also be made available to the client for online viewing
Account management
Artworks will give much attention to this aspect in order to ensure that the process runs smoothly and a good line of communication between Artworks and the team is kept open.
Continual liaison with the team (telephonically and electronically)
CASH FLOW PLAN
We require an official order number on approval of our quotation. We will invoice on delivery of the final Printed brochures. Payment is within 30 days from date of invoice.
