The SWOT Analysis with regards to Social Development analysis are summarised as follows:

   It must be noted that, due to continuous rains, the road could not be permanently reinstated however a temporal premix surfacing was done for easy access for the shutdown period in December / January 2020 the service. The remaining scope of works will be completed early February 2020.
Project Duration, Local Labour Employment and Challenges:
The project had twelve (12) local labourers employed on site and it has been reduced due to the nature of works currently implemented being specialised works (M&E).
