Dr Stanley Chibuzor Onwubu
Department of Chemistry
Faculty of Applied Sciences
Stanley Onwubu holds a master’s degree (Cum Laude) and a PhD in Dental Technology from the Durban University of Technology).
His research interest and expertise are in the area of nanomaterials, dental materials, biomaterials, and mechanochemistry. Stanley has published over 50 peer-reviewed journal publications and book chapters. He has attended numerous conferences both internationally and nationally. Stanley has
won numerous awards including Top doctoral publisher (Faculty of Health Science 2019) and Institutional Top doctoral publisher (2020). Stanley is currently a Research Associate in the Chemistry department and also a member of the Institutional Covid Task Team for the Durban University of Technology.
