PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPORT
The regulatory and legal framework under which UNIZULU operates requires responsiveness and compliance from the University in terms of reporting.
UNIZULU’s Strategic Plan forms the basis of the Annual Performance Plan (APP), which is used as a measurement instrument of institutional performance based on clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs). The 2020 APP is an articulation of operational targets set by the executive team in agreement with UNIZULU’s Council to map out a performance trajectory and milestones for the 2020 academic year and includes commitments and/or agreements that
the Council has made with the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology (HEST) – such as enrolment targets, funding envelopes and infrastructure projects – as well as funding performance, financial performance and risk.
