FOREWORD – VICE-CHANCELLOR
As I look back on the year under review, I am proud of all the accomplishments that the Institution was able to achieve.
As I look back on the year under review, I am proud care, commitment and dedication of each individual to
of all the accomplishments that the Institution was able to achieve. These accomplishments were scored at a time when the country and the
world were experiencing the devastation that was wrought by the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. I must give credit to the University community for rising to the challenge of having to respond to the pandemic. Members of staff and students, and stakeholders, Management and Council, all placed their hands on deck to enable the ship to move forward despite the storm. I was touched by the warmth,
ensure that the dreams of our students are realized. We are here to serve, but we cannot do it without all stakeholders pulling from the same end of the rope. The extent to which all stakeholders worked towards the achievement of our goals and objectives are commendable. We are all proud to be associated with, and to have shared the privilege of celebrating the 60 years of history of UNIZULU. The rallying exhortation ‘my UNIZULU, your UNIZULU, our UNIZULU’ has never been so relevant.
