Our history
Artworks was established in 1989 as the first desktop publishing agency primarily servicing the NGO sector. In the early years, the company specialised in designing materials for NGOs involved in community development and in the struggle for human rights and democracy. In the lead-up to the national elections in 1994, Artworks was involved in producing media for voter education. After 1994, Artworks broadened its client base to include the public and private sectors. Today, the company compiles, designs and produces printed and electronic media for a wide range of clients.
