OUR METHODOLOGY
Shakila Chetty will be the ‘gatekeeper’ for Artworks. All communication, briefings and materials will be conducted through her via email and phone after an initial meeting. In this way, we will be able to effectively manage the publication and the process, ensuring that you are kept appraised of all progress and any developments.

Layout and design THOLA Magazine
Size: A4, 64 pages plus covers
Full colour
Covers printed on 300gsm matt and Gloss Laminated and insides printed on 128gsm matt, perfect bound.
Account management
Artworks will give much attention to this aspect in order to ensure that the process runs smoothly and a good line of communication between Artworks and the team is kept open. The will be Continual liaison with the team (telephonically and
electronically)

Receive brief from client, work on cover and inside design concepts. Present to client for approval. Receive all outstanding content.
Edit and proof read the content received. We will require three days for this.
Start with the layout and design of the report and relevant infographics. First Draft to client:
Receive editorial and design changes from client: Implement changes received from client. Second Draft to client:
Our project Manager, Shakila will be available for in-person and or Teams meetings to make required changes
THOLA MAGAZINE is signed off, we will then proceed with printing. We will share the Printer’s proofs with the client to check and approve.
We will print and deliver 2000 copies to the client.
An electronic Flip Book will also be made available to the client on request for online viewing
