    * NOTE 1: Preference will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice applicants. Closing date for this programme is 30 September. We regret that applications received after this date cannot be considered. Students are required to undergo clinical training/placements at training sites outside Durban (some of which may be in rural KZN) as part of their mandatory HPCSA/SAPC/SANC clinical training. Such placements are compulsory, non-negotiable, may be on rotational and/or longitudinal basis and may be extended up to a year or longer. Whilst the University/College of Health Sciences will provide clinical training in collaboration with the KZN Dept of Health, in line with UKZN regulations, students are responsible for the cost of travel, accommodation and the basic costs of living, as applicable to and in the placement site.
* NOTE 2: First preference will be given to applicants who never studied previously at any other university. Applicants must be over 17 years old and physically fit. Selected candidates will be invited to complete an assignment and attend an interview. Successful applicants are required to complete the Master of Health Sciences in Chiropractic to comply with minimum registration requirements of the AHPCSA.
