Despite the weather-dependent nature of their business, Yinkuthalo Agrihub has achieved a growth turnover of R50,000. Their workforce consists of four dedicated full-time employees, supplemented by 20 temporary workers during peak seasons.

As for the future, Yinkuthalo Agrihub has big plans. They aim to secure a larger plot to meet their monthly vegetable supply agreements. They envision establishing a value chain that generates more local job opportunities, preventing rural-to-urban migration. The dream includes a one-stop shop near a bustling road and a market of their own, where they can directly connect with end-users to maximize profits. Additionally, they intend to venture into poultry farming and piggery, utilizing waste as organic fertilizer, thus promoting a green economy.
