EMPOWERING SMALL BUSINESSES WITH INSIGHTS FROM MR. ZAID ADAM OF LEAPED
On the 11 th of April 2023, the Center hosted a one-day business systems workshop for small businesses that are currently incubated at the center. The workshop was aimed at enlightening entrepreneurs about the importance of having systems in place in their businesses. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Zaid Adam from Leaped, a renowned business consultant with years of experience in helping businesses streamline their operations and improve efficiency. Mr. Adam’s expertise was invaluable to the entrepreneurs in attendance, and he shared valuable insights on how to implement effective business systems.
The workshop was attended by a diverse group of small business owners, all eager to learn how they could improve their operations and grow their businesses. The entrepreneurs were engaged throughout the workshop, asking questions and sharing their own experiences and challenges.
Mr. Adam emphasized the importance of having systems in place in a business, highlighting how they can help entrepreneurs save time, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction. He also discussed the various types of systems that businesses can implement, such as financial management systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management systems.
The entrepreneurs left the workshop with a newfound understanding of the importance of having systems in place in their businesses, as well as practical insights on how to implement these systems. Many expressed their gratitude to the Center and Mr. Adam for the opportunity to learn and grow their businesses.
In addition, the Center’ s business systems workshop was a resounding success, providing valuable insights and practical advice to small business owners. The Center remains committed to empowering entrepreneurs and helping them achieve their goals, and we look forward to hosting more events like this in the future.
