Board Charter
The Board Charter continues to regulate the functioning of the Board in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. The Board Charter ensured that all Board members acting on behalf of the Entity were aware of their duties and responsibilities and the various legislation and regulations affecting their conduct. During the 2023/24 financial year, the Board Charter was reviewed and approved by the Board.
