* NOTE 1: First preference will be given to applicants who never studied previously at any other university. This department only considers applicants who rank this programme as choice 1 or 2. Prospective applicants that qualify for diploma study at an institution of higher learning (Diploma Pass) but do not meet the departmental Maths and/or Phys Sci requirements may present the following N4 subjects for consideration for entry into this programme: Maths and Engineering Science plus any two N4 subjects related to the field. The NSC subject Mathematical Literacy will NOT be accepted as a substitute for the NSC subject Mathematics. Meeting the minimum admission requirements does NOT guarantee selection.
