The Centre provides a safe and constructive environment where entrepreneurs can learn more about their businesses. On 7 April 2022 the Centre held a Business Systems and Processes session with the current cohort led by Centre manager Mr. Solomon Nyamurima.
The purpose of the session was to help small businesses work smarter and increase profitability, by focusing on Business Systems and Processes within the current environment faced by small business owners.
This includes understanding why systems are essential to improve profits, deciding what to measure, identifying the right tools to manage systems, getting the people on board to implement business systems and processes, and determining how much it will cost.
