OUR METHODOLOGY
Shakila Chetty will be the ‘gatekeeper’ for Artworks. All communication, briefings and materials will be conducted through her via email and phone after an initial meeting. In this way, we will be able to effectively manage the publication and the process, ensuring that you are kept appraised of all progress and any developments.

CREATIVE/MANAGEMENT PROCESS (NB: All proofs supplied as PDFs)
DFM Project E-dossier
Conceptualise, design and layout a full colour, A5-sized, 155-page e-booklet.
Deadline: 19 May 2025
• Receive material at a meeting
• Interpret the campaign for the document: 3 days • On approval, lay out: 2 weeks
• First draft submission to client
• Corrections received & implemented: 3 days
• Second draft submission to client
• Corrections received & implemented: 2 days
• Final proof submitted to client
• On approval, prepare pdf: 1 day
DFM Annual Report
Conceptualise, design and layout the annual report +/-50 page, A4-sized full colour booklet.
Deadline: 30 September 2025
• Receive material
• Layout: 2 weeks
• First proof submission to client
• Corrections received & implemented: 4 days • Second draft submission to client
• Corrections received & implemented: 3 days • Final proof submission to client
• Preparation of pdf: 0.5 day
Account management
Artworks will give much attention to this aspect in order to ensure that the process runs smoothly and a good line of communication between Artworks and the team is kept open.
Continual liaison with the team (telephonically and electronically)
CASH FLOW PLAN
We require an official order number on approval of our quotation. We will invoice on delivery of the final PDF and e-book. Payment is within 30 days from date of invoice.
