"I'm leaving behind a legacy that I was neither born into, nor was I able to fully assimilate into even after choosing to be a part of it. This was a saga in my life that I'll be quick to forget, and slow to come to appreciate. Perhaps I'll never thank these trying times for the arches of character that it built above my head to signify small moments of triumph and protect against
future downpours. For now I'm unable to directly give thanks and can only hope to make up for that by servicing the world through the written word of morality and the intended universal kindness that's meant to be humanity. "
