Our CBA was not the first “ new building.” The first CBA consisted of four classrooms, community room, parlor, and kitchen. Then in
1904 came the new school which would bring prestige and honor to the name of Christian Brothers Academy. Enrollment was so high an entrance exam became necessary. The major activities were forensics, publishing the school newspaper, and athletics. This is when CBA started to establish itself as an immovable force in sports competition.
