A Year of Building for Modified Lacrosse
Although this year for Modified Lacrosse was not the best of years, it was a year when the players could practice and build for future years. I am sure that with the hard work they have done and continue to do that best year will be soon.
Their record was only 1-9 for the season. The one win came against Nottingham. The team met with a number of formidable and tough opponents. They hung in there, did their best and gained experience.
The record does not reflect the number of good and talented players on the team. On defense, Chris Tea gue and Matt Burns put in a great effort. Mariano Garcia looks to be quite promising as a goalie in the future. The offense was highlighted by the plays of Jay Taranto.
So, as you can see, with a bit more practice and time.
this team could turn around and become league champi ons. The ingredients for a successful team are there. Put all the above together and watch out.
