Life is a trial of fun and hardships. So as we turn our hearts will sigh. Over the loss of our togetherness. Which leaves but one thing to say ,
goodbye.
THE SENIORS
Our time has come, for we all must go, To seek our fame, fortune and vocation. And to put to use all that we know.
And feel, through our own tribulation.
Past reflections on knowing you all,
Will be something we’ll never forget.
As there will be spring and there will be fall.
We have all learned through this experience. Self-reliance and the importance, of being ourselves.
Filling our lives with as much substance,
And not being like tiny working elves.
We have but one chance in life to make good. And try as we might, we can fail.
This forces our minds into a pensive mood.
As we begin on life’s long hard tril.
The trial of the past has brought us together. Now ends as we spread asunder.
The paths of the future may separate us forever. Are ones filled with life and wonder.
