FCA Shows Another Challenge to Athletes
In a school that tries to encorpor- ate Christian values into all of its events, classes and activities, the existence of a youth chapter of the
Fellowship of Christian Athletes is indeed an important example of the accomplishment of this goal.
The group meets bi-weekly to dis­ cuss topics of concern and interest ranging from last week’s game to those concerning Christian values and morals.
This proved to be an excellent ser­ vice to both the school as well as the community.
It is indeed appropriate to say that the FCA provides for it’s mem­ bers an oppurtunity to explore Christian ideas and values while at the same time they get to know each other better as they try to discover the presence of Jesus’ in­ fluential challenge.
