The future of CBA is held by the Middle School. The classes of '8 6 and ’87 will one day take their places as Seniors and leaders of the school. In the meantime, however, they are the brunt ofshort jokes, the victims of elevator passes, and subjects of inumerable practical stunts of extremely bad taste. They take it all in stride however, as they realize that they will be on the other side of the fence before long. The size and consequently, reputation of the Middle School has grown rapidly since its installation at CBA.
Previously considered as a welcomed addition to the community of CBA, the Middle School is now seen as an essential part of the
entire school. While realizing their potential, they also make a continuous effort to enhance their own sense of pride and fulfill ment. This can be seen in the success of not only the Middle School’s athletic teams, but also in the distinction of leading the entire school in Chevette returns. Such an accomplishment re quires total participation from each student and reflects the spirit which the Middle School displays. The seventh and eighth grad ers will carry this spirit with them on the road to becoming Seniors.
