Building and Rebuilding
T he Varsity Lacrosse team un­
espite an unusually rainy
T
Modified LaCrosse. The team did more
than just play games; it won them.
It was a sound winning season. The
team even beat such opponents as
Fayetteville-Manlius "away," despite
the fact that they were outnumbered
and did not have as up-to-date equip­
ment.

fered since losing its top scor­
ers, who happened to be graduating
Seniors. There were, however, some
pluses. Jamie Lemessieur broke CBA's
school scoring record this year with
103 points. In addition, three starting
Freshmen from last year are now
Sophomores with a lot of potential.
They are Chris Bogle, Jason Magnar­
elli and Eric LaBarge. The Brothers are
looking forward to a winning season.

crosse team managed a re­
spectable record, improv­
ing gradually as the season contin­
ued. The team, consisting mostly of
Freshmen, developed good strategies
with the help of their coach. Players
not only developed a good relation­
ship with their coach, but amongst
themselves. Their camaraderie was
helpful in dealing with their loss
against JD, their toughest opponent.
The team came a long way and hopes
to improve the next time around.
