Boosters Not Necessarily the Biggest, Just the Loudest
This year the Booster Club had a revival with chairman Tom Michaud leading the way. The turnout this year was much greater than in the past few years. THis was evident at the games where dozens of loyal Brothers came out to cheer their teams on.
One new beginning this year that has not been around recently was a
pep rally. This, along with a newly instituted Spirit Week, helped psyche up the football and soccer teams for their major confrontations with Bishop Ludden. The Booster Club continued to paint posters and inform the rest of the students about upcoming events.
The new kindling of CBA spirit dem onstrated this year should carry over
and lead the Brothers to many victo ries in the newly formed leagues that they are in. Michaud commented, “ I think that school spirit was declining for the past few years; hopefully the success of this year will continue in
the future.”
^ike Roche is a crowd pleaser as the “ Masked .larvel.”
The finishing touch to Spirit Week was the perfor mance by Kevin Speach, Nick Pirro, Jeff DeRo- berts, and Cliff Merkiing in the crazy hat depart ment.
