It came down to the final serve in the last game, the third set, but Brother’s Tennis Team persevered, gaining both the victory in the match and in the City League Championship. Finishing at dusk, after two hours, Eric Unger and Tony DeRoberts swung the score in the Brother’s favor with their victory over the Nottingham piayers.
Chris Chudzic, Rex Huner, Tony DeRoberts, Marc Bernstein, Pat Ca- hiii, and Eric Unger were the individuals who, as Coach W lekiinski said, “ played as a team.” Undefeated in the ieague and League Champions, this team boasted an 11-1 record all-around.
