DXN Vinaigrette is a fermented rice vinegar with the Ganoderma lucidum mushroom
powder. It goes through the fermentation process with traditional techniques, keeping
its strong taste and quality untouched. The DXN Vinaigrette is rich in 18 different amino-
acids, folic acid, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6. It provides food with a more
delicate and sweeter taste than regular vinegar. Acidity 10,3%.
How to prepare: Shake well before use.
Add 200ml of water for 30ml of rice vinegar -
you can add fruit juice or honey to this mixture.
It is also great in salads and other meals.
