Cynthia Lazar Grossman’s love of and respect for the real estate industry was instilled at a young age as she watched her developer father work on a wide variety of projects
in New York and later in Southern California. Real Estate acquisitions, development, and sales have been a part of her family’s business for the past 50 years. This background has given her a solid foundation in many aspects of the business, including but not limited to home purchase and sales, as well as development and construction. Beyond her many years of
experience as a Realtor, she has the added experience as an
investor in commercial properties. Over the past few years Cynthia has
curated a team of talented agents that she has set up at the P of ce in alabasas. eading a oy- lled life and collaborating with others as a team has made her business soar, all while promoting her mission to support her community.
Prior to her work as a Real Estate professional, Cynthia spent several years representing Commercial Photographers for advertising, entertainment and editorial assignments, but she was never far from the family business. Her experience with complex negotiations and contract development is her forte
and will always be a valuable strength she brings to the table.
In her personal life, Cynthia is a lover of all animals, entertaining and cooking, DIY projects, and design. She adores sharing home inspiration with her clients and others. ynthia is an avid tennis player and you can nd her on the court at raemar Country Club. She also gives her time to several charitable organizations. Currently sitting on the board of Paws for Life K9 Rescue, a unique program that combines prison inmate rehabilitation and work experience in training dogs pulled from high risk shelters.
he is driven to be involved in charity, and thrives on nding ways to merge concepts together to maximize any situation with positivity. Even in her personal life Cynthia can never truly escape her primary passion helping people navigate dif cult situations, especially the process of buying or selling a home.
