Now it's the Family's Turn
Explore this together as a family, and become each other’s kindest friend.
When you do this exercise with the family, you can use the worksheet on the following page. Or be creative - have a family campfire like we do, use the postick notes, and have conversations about how this way of talking to themselves makes them feel before they offer them to the fire.
Take turns, and then write your new 'self-talk' on notes and stick them around the house for reminders. Then enjoy some marshmallows and fun around the fire!
