Bucket List for Happiness
When you look at the Happiness Bucket on the previous page, what thoughts come to mind about your own life balance? Take this chance to do a bit of a 'self-assessment of these areas in your life.
Consider physical health, mental well being, family and relationships, your relationship with yourself, and creativity as well as your sense of purpose.
Are there some that get more energy than others? Are you happy with the balance, or are there areas where you would like to make changes?
Jot your thoughts down below, and consider giving yourself a score of
1 - 10 for each area of life (1 being not content, and 10 being amazing).
  If there are areas you weren't so happy with, make a commitment to yourself right now, to do two things that will bring more balance to your life, and help full that Happiness Bucket. Write them down to help them stick. So grab a journal or notebook, and start to rate each area, answer the questions here, and see what reveals itself as work on areas for your happiness. Then gift yourself these changes.
