At a a a a regional level OSISA supported strategic litigation in the the case of Charles Kajoloweka vs the the Government of Malawi before the African Court on Human and Peoples Rights
(ACHPR) The litigation before the African Court was in response to the Malawi Supreme Court judgment handed down against a a a a a Human Rights
Defender after his corruption and embezzlement exposé of of senior government officials in the “maize-
