LEGAL RESOURCES CENTRE ANNUAL REPORT 2018 - 2019 ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND CIVIL SOCIETY SUPPORT Introduction Access to justice incorporates a number of related rights that are afforded to all people in South Africa. These adjacent rights include the right to access courts, access to information and the right to fair and procedural administrative action. Access to justice is crucial to the ability of formerly marginalised or vulnerable communities to challenge structural inequality or institutionalised discrimination that has persisted due to the lasting legacy of apartheid. © Dylan Gray | Caz Grafix 40
