Robert Sylvester, 56th Mission Support Group commander, and Airman 1st Class Ariel Ciprian, 56th Comptroller Squadron milpay technician, conclude the 2016 Hispanic Heritage Month festivities with a cake cutting at a luncheon Oct. 14 at Club Five Six. “Un El Mirage councilman, spoke, and traditional Hispanic food was served. The theme was Embracing, Enriching, and Enabling America and the Hispanic culture in the military.
