Pre-Entry Fee: $5 per entry per class. Your entry Fee includes gate admission. Daily Walk-in Entry Fee: $7. Your entry Fee includes gate admission.
Exhibits Received: 5:00pm - 6:15pm the day of the contest
All Entries may be delivered through any gate.
Live daily Judging: Time: 6:30pm
NOTE: Late Entries to be accepted at the discretion of the chairperson. PREMIUMS OFFERED PER CLASS: 1st- $25 2nd- $15 3rd - $10

DAILY BAKING & COOKING CHALLENGE

Friday Aug. 21st – Your Best Cookie Jar Cookie / a minimum of 2 dozen
Saturday Aug. 22nd – Chili, Any Type, Med. Spice or less (Beef, Chicken, beans or no beads, etc.) 2-Quart min Sunday Aug 23rd – Quick Breads / (i.e. Banana, Pumpkin) One Whole Loaf, 4x8 or 5x9 loaf pan
Monday Aug 24th – Candy to Die For / a Minimum of 2 dozen pieces
Tuesday Aug 25th – Cake of Choice / One Whole Cake, must be homemade; NO Mixes-NO cupcakes Wednesday Aug 26th – Favorite Cheesecake / One Cheesecake, Whole, Savory or Sweet
Thursday Aug 27th – Fabulous Fruit and/or Nut Pie / One Whole Pie
Friday Aug 28th – Cobblers, Crumbles or Crisps /.9X13 min.
Saturday Aug 30th – Salsa, Medium Spice only, Red or Green (No Fruit) 2-Quart min.
*NOTE: Items to be judged on APPEARANCE 25%, TEXTURE 25%, CONSISTENCY 25%, FLAVOR 25% = 100 For Adult and Junior classes. PRESENTATION IS PART OF THE JUDGING, SO BE CREATIVE
