DIVISION 4 Wool Fiber Art 18 yrs. and over DIVISION 5 Wool Fiber Art 17 yrs. and under
Rules: Must use wool fiber from animals the exhibitor helped to raise. A card must be included noting the different materials used and each animal the wool came from. Fiber may be natural or dyed. Item must be constructed by the exhibitor during the project year.
CLASSES for Divisions 4 & 5 are the same
1. Needle Felting – 100 % wool, all same animal - simple project
2. Needle Felting – 100 % wool, all same animal - complex project
3. Needle Felting – 100 % wool, combination of animals (all sheep or all llama is OK) – simple project 4. Needle Felting – 100 % wool, combination of animals (all sheep or all llama is OK) – complex project 5. Needle Felting – Combination of manmade and natural wool fibers. – simple project
6. Needle Felting – Combination of manmade and natural wool fibers. – complex project
7. Wet felting – simple project
8. Wet felting – complex project
9. Other Art - using 100% wool fiber – simple project
10. Other Art – using 100% wool fiber – complex project
11. Other art – using a combination of manmade and natural wool fibers – complex project.
