Staff Sgt. Jonathon Robbins, 355th EMS technician, and Tech. Sgt. Adam Os- theimer, 707th Maintenance Squadron technician, out of Barksdale Air Force Base, La., detach a tail kit from a bomb at D-M. The 2,000-pound bomb is a GPS and internal navigation system guided GBU-31 joint direct attack munition.

Airman 1st Class Brett Mohney, 355th EMS technician, shovels expended 33-mm car- tridge casings which have returned from the flightline. The expended casings were fired from the GAU-8 Avenger 33-mm cannon used on the A-10C Thunderbolt II.
