Colón-López was also assigned to the 48th Rescue Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, which is now located at Davis-Monthan, where it holds true to its lineage: Train, equip and employ combat-ready parares- cuemen, combat rescue officers and supporting personnel worldwide.

355th CES launches first Readiness Challenge

In March 2023, she rendered first aid learned in Basic Military Training to a motorcyclist who was bleeding out from a leg injury, and when a September 2023 hit and run accident happened outside her apartment, she pulled a pregnant woman from the burning car, tended to the head wounds of the hit-and- run suspect, and took charge of the scene until police arrived. When the suspect tried to run, Glover stuck out her foot and tripped him so he couldn’t escape.
